Dear visitor, we wish to inform you that the activities of the Ombudsman for Commerce will cease as of January 1, 2025. Specifically, from January 1, 2025, it will no longer be possible to submit a new complaint against a merchant through this site. However, we commit to processing all ongoing cases (complaints submitted before 12/31/2024) until their full resolution.
